Ironic ain't it: whilst the movie received universally negative reviews, the soundtrack received universally positive reviews.
Shawn McDaniel That's cause it's a damn fine soundtrack. One of Howard's best. If they do a reboot two things I want them to bring back are Shaun Toub and James.

@@burningexeter4365 Netflix is doing a live action series reboot where creators Michael Dante DiMartino & Bryan Konietzko will both be serving as showrunners. Though they've mentioned in a press release that they plan to have a culturally appropriate, non-whitewashed cast. Plus, Jeremy Zuckerman has already confirmed that he will be returning as composer.

Water,Earth,Fire,Air long ago the four nations lived in harmony then everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked only the Avatar who can master 4 elements can stop them but then when the world needed him most he vanished a hundred years later my brother and I discover the new Avatar an Air bender named Aang although his Air bending skills are great but he has a lot to learn before he's ready to save everyone but I believe Aang can save the world.

No the hell it wasn't. Even without the show existing, this is poorly directed, poorly filmed, has terrible acting and line delivery, and has the emotional depth of a Zack Snyder movie.
