Taiga vs epi leather

Victoria Myung suggested using this as a passport cover- great idea!

Love your review of these items! I was torn between the large agenda and the desk agenda but love the suggestion of the desk agenda, and getting the ring inserts instead. Definitely makes this piece more versatile if I no longer want to use it as a planner and instead for journaling in the future. And the price point isn’t as high which is the best part! Thanks again!
Really great guide Emma! I have the desk agenda, use it every day and love it - I have a disc system and get on really well with it - like you say it’s the versatility that makes it the best buy in my opinion 😊👍🏼

Great video! I recently got the agenda PM in epi, and was shocked by how tiny it was. Now its.my fave because it fits in any bag. Love it!

Ahh my ever expanding wishlist 😍 Thanks for this overview! I'd never seen a few of these before, and I think I'd enjoy the desk agenda cover. When I travel abroad, I obsessively write everything down. How far things are from the hotel, names of bus routes/stops to airport, etc. I even draw little maps of important places in the notebook I bring. This would be great so I can be obsessive AND fancy at the same time 😅

I love my LV Monogram desk agenda it’s always with me, I also have the medium monogram I use as a notebook only. Either way they both go everywhere I go.
I have a beautiful gold pen from Cross that is a perfect fit for my PM agenda. It is gorgeous with my agenda.

Lovely synopsis! Thank you VERY much for such a comprehensive yet succinct overview. Your favorites are my favorite/most used agendas as well (the large ring agenda and the desk agenda). I don’t have the monogram Paul notebook cover, but I do have the recently released leather bicolor Nomade version and the S-lock isn’t nearly as fussy. Not fussy at all, actually. I wonder if LV could repair or replace it for you since I really don’t think it should be that hard. Thank you again. Wonderful video.

I think a Swarovski pen will fit nicely in the small. There are two types, regular ballpoint or oil based ink (both can be refilled).
a B6 Stalogy fits very well in the Paul notebook cover.
loved this review - thank you Emma. I have an Hermes diary which I bought a few years ago preloved.Its great and I love it, but like you , I gave up trying to find an alternative insert as it was impossible. I went to Hermes earlier this year and begrudgingly purchased a diary insert which is beautiful but it should be for the price! I need to buy a address book insert so that will no doubt sting too! hahahaha
The Hermes covers are lovely. I looked at them earlier this year and the leather is just unbeatable... buying their own inserts is annoying though x

Great video as always love. I used to use a stalogy notebook in the b6 size when I had the Paul Notebook cover. It's beautiful but unfortunately it didn't work out for me 😭

Nice collection. Have you thought of using a Hobonichi Cousins in you desk agenda? They are A5 sized, fabulous paper and book style so no rings to get in the way.
I have a Hobinichi techo in my Goyard cover- the paper is beautiful! (I did need to cut down the cover slightly to make it fit) x

I'm always just tossing my agenda in my different bags, so I can't see splurging on an LV one. Sticking with my Kate Spade or Lilly Pulitzer ones.
love this video! watched it multiple times already! I wanted to ask you if you feel like you miss the button closure and the pen slot when you use your desk agenda cover as a regular agenda? rhetorically I feel like it shouldn’t be a problem but if you want something on the go do you feel you miss those two features? I am especially concerned about the button closure .. what do you think?
I didn't think either of these things would bother me when I first got it but I think they are the reason I tend to take my GM agenda out and about rather than my desk agenda. When I have a big tote- and more often than not I'm using the Goyard St Louis tote bag when I take these out- the closure and pen loop are really handy. You can buy a clip on pen loop and wrap something around the desk agenda to make up for these but I like how neat the GM is. But the desk agenda is much lighter to carry around. Hope that helps x

Wonderful review! My desk agenda is my most used and I have the PM because it is so darn cute. Would you say that you can use the pocket agenda as a checkbook cover? Will a checkbook fit? Planning to get it for that purpose. Thanks!

The MM was also not for me - have always found an A5 to be my size of choice for planning. I feel like the GM would feel bulky however - Are you still using A5 inserts for the Desk Agenda?

Also it would be amazing to get some advice as to where you purchase your insterts etc for each agenda? There are so few UK shops that offer beautiful inserts so I would love your insight!
Totally agree! I'm going to go into inserts in a later video- I'm obsessed. My main ones at present are from Crossbow Planner Co (UK).but I do order from all over the place- 8lotus, Cloth and Paper, etc.
