Getting back into lifting in my mid 50’s and find your content to be outstanding. I only have dumbbells, EZ bar and DB bench. I am really enjoying the dumbbell series and have been able to incorporate many of these into my workouts. Nice to mix things up.

I work out from home with dumbbells, and the only 2 I do, are incline triceps kick back and inline skull crusher's. Had good tricep growth just from those two.

I've heard people say that the dumbbell kickbacks aren't worth doing, as only a small portion of the arc is fighting gravity.

Love this analysis, and great video. Just a small bit of constructive criticism. I am new to this research myself but I follow Dr. Mike from RP Strength, and the overall best way to grow muscle is to choose exercises that allow there to be a high amount of load in the stretched position of the range of motion( or eccentric). Honestly I’m not sure what exercises for the triceps would do this most, but I think anything where you have the most load in that stretched position would be best. For me, I get a crazy amount of activation from an ez bar overhead extension.
While there was nothing wrong with the other guys, I'm glad to see you and your brother back doing these videos.
I like the jm press over using an EZ bar. The dominate arm can't take over the lift.

I've come across the PJR Pullover naturally, I didn't know it was called that. I call them Choppers, lol. As in the beginning motion of chopping wood by lying on my back so gravity works directly against me.

Wtf my anatomy stuggles 😅. I thought that long head is best in overhead position. So i will change my programm to pronated pushdowns for the long head and other two head above my head with sup and neutral grip.
