Old Salem is only 10 miles from my house😍
I will be calling back and the bread lady is going to show me all the shots she’s considered the sheriff.
Power came on less than one hour later
Still having light drizzle now but everything seems OK except branches and leaves
She said when I go back, I can watch them churn butter 🧈 haha 😂
They live and dress like this every day

I grew up in Sumter SC. I was stationed at FT Bragg. Not only are we neighbors, i’ve got you surrounded 😂😂😂.
Losing power is way worse than water… well if I lose power I lose water. I’ve got a generator to run the house but… not permanently installed it’s in my truck🤷♂️. Still good to have. It was nice to meet you. I hope you didn’t lose any frozen meat. 👍
@@jerryodell1192 dang, you do have me surrounded!😂 I was born and raised in Raleigh and moved to Carthage almost 3 years ago! It’s still a rough transition, I miss being close to a target and having cell service😂
And oof! You need to get that set up ASAP! If we lose power, we lose hot water and I’m a bitch and a half if I don’t get my two showers a day lol I’m just glad it finally came back on!
And unfortunately I lost my entire fridge but that just means I get a “fresh” start! :D
Oh yes...love Old Salem. Back when I ate carbs, nothing could beat their sugar cake (or should we call it butter cake?)! Yum, yum!
