Starting a Full Farm with 1 Million Dollars and a Piece of land in Farming Simulator 22

Today I am going to start a farm in Farming Simulator 22 with just land and a little over $1,000,000.
I had absolutely no time to edit this video so it is not great.
If you hear running water in the background, it is a stupid pipe that I have that will not shut up.
Sorry that my voice may be quiet at times, I just reinstalled Windows on my computer, and I forgot to fix my OBS settings before recording this.
If any of you know how I can record and export HDR video out of OBS, and post it on CZcams as an HDR video, tell me in the comments.

I have a Higher end setup and cant even run the game in lower graphics

Nvidia Geforce 4060
i get 20-46 fps

I used a CZcams optimization guide for Nvidia Control Panel, I used MSI Afterburner to overclock my GPU, I re-installed Windows (you don't have to do this) and I use AMD FSR 3/AMD Frame Gen, all of those work like a charm.
