Beautiful home, but I think that master bedroom closet is placed in the wrong place. Ok for the sitting room but I rather have more bedroom space and less sitting area. Move the closet into the sitting area to have a larger bedroom and you could still have a nice sitting area.
Shoot lookin at the floor .. lookin at the ceiling .. I'm trying to check for plug-ins and the size of the rooms. Yeah I wanna know if it has ceiling vents or floor vents .. but after that, i need to see the windows .. the plug-ins .. the room size .. the important things. This guy drove me nuts. smh.
It's a beautiful place. It would be nice if the camera were zoomed out enough for the viewer to get an actual perspective. If you're going to show the house then show it properly. Comment NOT limited to this video. Just a suggestion for future content.
I don't like the stove basically being over there by itself with very little counter space on each side of it and I do not like the refrigerator being right next to the Laundry Room door. Also if it is so moderate why are you still using water tanks instead of making it Tankless ?
Sounds like a good idea at the time. Soon the trim will pop off and the towel racks and toilet paper holders will come out of the walls. Be prepared to rebuild everything. Plus the plumbing leaks. Yet the payments keep coming due. I speak from experience
I was thinking the same thing. I kept adjusting the volume but realized I was watching a silent viewing. I wanted to just go to another video but the home is truly nice, so I stayed.
We live in the state of me Maine we just got a $30,000 Federal Grant we have a 14 x 70 trailer on a 14 by 80 cement slab I have a contractor that's going to be moving out the trailer because it's a 1976 and that is part of the deal that's why we getting the Federal Grant we need a three bedroom 2 bathroom with everything included my wife is handicapped from a from a major car accident I also have a disabled daughter that is 17 years old that is coming down with cerebral palsy we need a deal yeah you can throw in all the furniture including anything else you can throw in with the house if you can do this will gladly buy a house from you damn measurements came out 28 by 40 we need a wider double-widein the measurement should at least come out to at least probably 56 or 58 feet long because instead of ripping up the foundation we can just add onto the foundation that's already here because it's it has Town water and septic and show up at the only problem is it's a septic in the store is down on the back end of the house so maybe it might have to be ripped off but this is all included in with the $30,000 Grant so if you can come up with a deal we are the monthly payments won't be too high but the house that the house definitely needs to have a fireplace in it what's a backup generator this is because of my wife being disabled and my daughter being disabled in case the power. Upgrade the kitchen sink and faucet, put in a larger refrigerator and a chef’s stove/oven.

The fridge should be where the stove is, but some more to the left! It comes off as a weird placement to me too.
