SL72's come in 2 versions the OG with the thinner midsole on the forefoot and the RS that has a bit more foam in the same forefoot area adding in sufficient comfort and cushion.

I think Jordan going up to $160 on kid's sizes is like how we look at going to McDonald's, yeah we understand why y'all like it, but we're not too worried about it anymore. Marketing wise they've probably realized it's better to make it a "Oh that's what you want? I'm good on that but I'll get it for you." if your kid really wants it, now you've paid that $160, and Jordan brand thrives whether the big sizes flop or not. nike / jordan are trying to become elite with these ridiculous prices.. and when kids shoes cost as much as adults used to makes you think of switching up..
i sold my Js went to lamelos price point always the same and even when collabs are done there are pairs available for everyone to get .. no fighting with resellers/ bots .. and his shoes serve a dual purpose.. lifestyle and if they are hooping just lace up and youre good to go.. price point cheap enough to have 2 pairs of melos vs 1 pair of js ..
