High Noon Lucian is my favourite, too, but my heart's desire was for his outfit to be red so I could play as Hellsing Alucard. Then the chromas were released and HELL YEAH
Miami Vice would be my pick. It's also cheesy, sure, but the "two-different guns" aesthetic is begging for the pink-yellow neon treatment, the cape makes him look like an 80s superhero, and only a dude with legs like that can pull off the elvis hair. It's also the only skin that makes the glasses make sense, and I think turning light magic into cathode-ray magic is WAY cooler than going "haha now it's dark". Also cmon that recall animation is sick

I've always maintained that Lucian needs either a pool party skin or a skin based on nerf guns or laser tag. Either way, I love the idea of him, at a party/gathering, taking something like a _water gun fight_ waayyy too seriously/getting _a bit too into it._
Alternatively, give Senna a pool party skin as well, and make it wholesome by giving them playful banter dialogue (both when they're on allied teams or enemy teams).
No matter what, the idea is to poke some fun at the "early 2000's action hero with a heart of steel" design of base Lucian.
I like this. I want the these two to get too into a water gunfight and cheesily flirt with each other like their teenagers!

The reason why I really *REALLY LIKE* this skin besides from his Ult turning him into a Devil for a sec is the *LAUGH*

Probably my second favorite skinline overall and I love High Noon Lucian. Such a fun skin for the character. And maybe it’s because I’m a fan of the Wild West cowboy aesthetic, but I just don’t see anything wrong with it.

The laugh on this skin is so infectious, the animation is wondrous. Despite being a serious edge lord, his laugh is genuine and full of spirit.

I feel like you should consider audio effects while evaluating skins as well. High noon lucian's demonic scream while ulting is so satisfying when playing it.
I like the cut of the coat, so it won't hang over the gun holsters. Negates the practical use of a long coat, keeping the legs warm, but adds the practical use of being able to reach the guns at a moment's notice. Also flapping coat tails.

I never noticed how goofy Lucian's idle animation is until now, he looks like he's doing a slow yoinky sploinky
I was ecstatic to get this skin through hex chest, I just loved every little thing HN Lucian does, the gun flicks after every shot, the guns twirling even when just walking, and the little "pew" sounds after crits. All of that is what I felt was missing from every Lucian skin so it just gets me giddy and I have so much fun when using this skin

I think Yone is the first High Noon skin since this one that can finally challenge it for top spot in this universe.

I've always believed that if you want to use High Noon Lucian, you better be good at Lucian.
Lucian could have a hat 5 years ago but Pentakill Yorick couldn't.

I think its a good thing that you show the model, but thats not really what you see in game i feel like. That lucian animation is goofy, but a lot less goofy from a top down view and a lot of visual clutter

Honestly Lucian is absolutely a perfect fit for a half demon gunslinger as well. I feel they added a lot of classic Western design with enough over the top exaggeration to make it feel like a true fantasy western of boiling sands and hellish abominations seeking duals as the scorching sun sets. Where as the new set of skins felt more like. Ehh yeah just throw a cowboy hat on em and it's a high noon skin. This is mostly apparent with the talon prestige which I feel is the biggest letdown.

better than High Noon Lucian? When High Noon was still a novel concept. The whole skinline suffers from it having too many skins. Just like most other skin universes this was great when it was only a handful of champions but it's so watered down now...
