Have posted a couple of comments in Season 1 about how I'd love to see those Kamaz trucks going down the rally course. I'd take a mixed group truck rally event!

2D 's pronunciation of Hyundai was perfect. I'm Korean, and I am glad to see Korean car in this channel finally.
Hyundai, Genesis, and Kia are everywhere in the USA
I read this before watching the video and I thought finally I will know how to pronounce Hyundai correctly.
Turns out that's how people pronounce it in the US already...
2D's pronunciation of Citroën was also very acceptable. There was a slight English accent with the not-entirely-rolling "R", but it still sounded correct.

I remember when Hyundai was first making a push into the USA, they actually had a commercial where they said "Hyundai, it rhymes with Sunday!" LOL
Back when Hyundai raced in SCCA Pro Rally, the Hyundai reps at events would help people with pronunciation by telling them "Sunday, Monday, Hyundai."
In Australia advertising for Hyundai changes pronounciation according to what they want it to rhyme with

The funny thing is that's not how it's actually pronounced in a real Korean accent. But it's probably the the closest easiest way for most Americans to pronounce it.

The point scoring system changes make a lot of sense. I like that 3dbotmaker is always trying to make things better even though it's hard to improve what their already doing. I'm looking forward to the races!

All, but the big air change. Landing on your wheels should stay. I'm really NOT a fan of the new "any way the car lands is fine" method. Seems cheap and cheesy.
@@ShonnDaylee I would, at the very least, like to see the point of contact be the distance, rather than the front of the car. I think landing the jump can be rather hard, though. Maybe a bonus for landing it?
@@nomirrors3552 The bonus SHOULD be tough to get. That's part of what makes it interesting. Now, with the new rule, it's a bit of a farce, in my opinion. If they keep these rules, they definitely should at least give a bonus for actually landing.
Good changes to the scoring. And I'm glad to see that "Big Air" Dylan is still on top after the changes.
crazy how the Lancia has Gulf Livery and McLaren is also using Gulf Livery this weekend in F1
Yeah exactly. My first thought was McLaren livery for Monaco.
There is no more iconic livery other than the John Player Special and Senna's Marlboro.

I loved diecast as a child, making all kinds of crazy hotwheels tracks around my room with odds and ends from different sets. Seeing these events brings back good memories. Glad you stick with it 3D.

Haha I’m german and the „Kühlschrank“ is called „ˈkyːlˌʃʁaŋk“. So it stands in the dictionary. Anyway it means „fridge“

I am really really impressed with this lineup of realistic scale race cars. The cars are accurate models, mostly without outlandish wheel sizes and fender openings. The sponsor decals are extremely well done. They look like real race cars from various eras of WRC. It's going to be an epic season! Well done again, 3DBotMaker!

I'm not a fan of current Fords, but RS200 is one of my all time favourite rally cars, so I hope it does well. And that Lancia 037 in Gulf livery is also so sweet.

I don't know how people could not figure where the Checkpoints were. They were clearly marked and a few of them clearly ran over. Though hey if you do not want to reward failures that don't finish a race. Go for it.

I had a few RS200’s from Matchbox when I was kid (1980s). My money would be on those. I love this channel.

The way I always remember it is from a 1980's radio commercial: "Hyundai, rhymes with Sunday."
While its nice to see the Car Culture cars join the series, those custom re-wheelings are the real performance wildcard there. If they ain't perfect, the cars won't go well at all. That said I gotta pick the 959 and the WRX for sentimental reasons.
