The way she atacks the snare is so similar to Mike Smith where he chokes up on the stick and hits it from higher in the air to get a harder hitting sound. The precision is insane too, not once did she lose tempo and accidentally speed up or slow down or drop a note out of place. Very good posture too, relaxed in the seat very much like Gene Hoglan where you aren't stressing and leaning over the kit.

I do, my snare is a 13x5,5 Black Panther. Metal snares usually sound "too deep" for me, I prefer high pitched snares.
