I’m just getting into Hindu and I’m in love with the mantras and what each means. I’ve learned so much about Hinduism It’s so simple and beautiful. I suffer multiple seizures a day and I can literally control them now with these chants. My neurologist was a bit shocked when I told her how I control them. I also do yoga.
