Well actually no, the soul king was the first hybrid, the soul King was the first one able to use Shinigami Quincy, and full bring Powers and ichigo was the first person since the soul king to be able to use all three

I was crushed when Zangetsu revealed his true self I was not expecting that it hurt he was just as big a hero as Ichigo for me. I just don’t understand how Yamamoto didn’t pick up on his presence when Ichigo was in front of him.

yhwach back then was a decent person but once he saw what has been done to his father he took action to save him and restore the world the way it originaly was back then he is neither good nor bad he did both good deeds and bad ones its more like he was trying to be a better person but his almigthy eyes drove him mad seeing his fathers corpse every day and feeling the pain and suffering of all who died ever sense he was born
In a way yes. 1000 years ago, Yhwach definitely had more sentimentality and humanity than he does in the present, but if nothing else had occurred, the “old man Zangetsu” form of Yhwach that Ichigo’s powers took the form of would have ultimately remained as cruel and unfeeling as Yhwach himself. It was only by being bonded to Ichigo for so long and witnessing his life and struggles that he began to change his mind about Ichigo, and his relationship with his hollow and soul reaper powers.
Basically the version of Yhwach that is inside of Ichigo is what young Yhwach COULD have ended up like if he had the time to come to understand and live harmoniously with the other races of the world.

In anime and manga it's shown white and old man can use same body, showing white only, old man only or half/half. They (white and old man) put themselves to the hidden sword. I can speculate they are forged to the sword; their final combined personification

I had problems understanding Zangetsu's true motivations and what all of this means, so I went on a little head trip.
The blade Zangetsu used to pierce Ichigo and teach him Final Getsuga Tenshou(FGT) has already been declared as Ichigo's "true blade".
But when he said "I am unable to teach you that technique", what he referred to was actually his limited Quincy understanding of the Zanpakuto and Shinigami powers. He did not have selfish intentions over Ichigo's desire to protect others - he simply did not have the technique knowledge.
But then how does it make sense he would cry while passing down the blade to Ichigo, if he really did not already know the consequences of using FGT? He must've realized at the exact moment he stabbed Ichigo what FGT actually is, but more importantly realized just how attached to Ichigo he truly has become.
So pretty much everything from this video already happened, in a way.
Zangetsu learned how to properly use Shinigami powers the moment Ichigo and him learned FGT, thus transcending any Quincy, Shinigami and Hollow. Took the time span from Aizen confrontation to this moment to master that knowledge, then willingly passed the knowledge down to Ichigo. That''s why he only shed a single tear in this video.

Zangetsu isn't really Yhwach. Not exactly. Zangetsu is Ichigos quincy soul/powers that just happened to manifest into a physical being that looked like Yhwach. Probably because Ichigo is a direct descendant of Yhwach. If that makes sense

@aayushroka5243 Old man Zang is Ichigos quincy power from his moms blood, taking physical form as a zanpakuto spirit. That physical form looks the same as Yhwach and possibly shares memories with Yhwach from 1000 years ago . But they are not the same person. Imagine this. Zangetsu is an alternate Yhwach who grew close to Ichigo and decided to help him as opposed to wanting to kill the soul king. But Zangetsu is not a real person like Yhwach. He's a zanpakuto spirit
