We love touring old forts like this. We have not been to this site before. But it looks great. That is pretty amazing that cannonballs bounced right off the original fort that was just made of logs. Thanks for sharing this fascinating piece of history - and the beautiful sunset and dolphin footage too!

That was a cool fort. It is fun to explore these historical areas. We saw a few while in the Caribbean a couple weeks ago. fun to see the canons and passageways through the fort. Awesome sunset with the ship passing by. Super cool. Looked like you had a couple boys deputized on this adventure. LOL. Thanks for the tour and information. Have a great day.

Gotta love those America the Beautiful passes. We always get one every year as well. The Fort looked to be in great shape and very interesting to visit. Love that the boys do the junior ranger program. The sunset was stunning! 👍🙂
