Adding the pepper AFTER cooking the steak, just doing salt prior to cooking…. Goddamn it’s the simple things that help so much!

Donny, loving these videos so much you are popping off. Seems like you cut off the end a little. You spend so much time coming to the best moment and then it only last like 15 seconds. Would lost some post bite comments and conversation about the food

Let the steak come up to room temp for an hour and not as much heat. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. The well done on each side is a tell and red middle is a tell of a cold steak. Need the Megan on another episode!
I like my steak medium rare. That thing is raw.
