    I got it through my united healthcare insurance for a $60 upgrade. I really like it. The only inconvenience is that you have to buy the replacement parts directly from their website and you have to pay for the shipping.

    Mine comes tomorrow. Tricare covered mine. Super excited to try it out. I’ve used the symphony as well as the pump in style and spectra s 2. Looking forward to baby being here so I can use it. So happy I found your review.

    Missed your pump reviews! Unimom is a good brand. Their minuet is good as well.

    This didn't pop up as an option on a lot of the more common breast pump distributing sites (the ones you go thru with insurance) but! I called my insurance and they said they would cover the opera if I could find a distributor in network. So I called some distributors in my state and I was able to get one ordered!! I have heard more and more people saying that their insurance will cover it so if you want it see if you can call and get it! Doesn't hurt to ask!

    If I can get this pump through my insurance would you recommend this over the spectra s2? Please help lol

    Hello mommy... lansinoh 2.0 or unimom opera; which would you prefer?
    Im 18 post partum and barely making enough lately.. my current pump cannot drain me anymore..

    It was... fine. I was very excited for it and am an over supplier. I also pump to donate. I have had this pump for a week and have been experimenting with it in different modes. I have the Spectra S1 and the Medela Freestyle. I notice I pump for twice as long to get half as much. Once the breast stops giving milk, I have tried my other pumps and consistently get 5-8 oz more in less than 8 minutes.
    So yeah... this gets some of the job done, but not effectively.

    Spectra S1 didn’t work for me with my first baby. I exclusively pumped using the baby Buddha for 11 months. This time should I get the unimom opera plus or the pumpables genie advanced through insurance?

    Is the suction similiar to Medela Sonata? If not, is there any pump that has similar suction? I respond well to the Sonata and I want to find another pump that has a similar suction.

  • @happilyeverlambert3198

    Would you recommend saving for this pump? Just found out I'm pregnant with my last baby and I l was looking into a pump that I could gift to another momma when I'm done that is safe to do so.

    It’s been 3 yrs now since I’ve needed to EP, and now there are so many new pump options! In past, like you, I only responded to Lansinoh (spectra didn’t work at all for me!). Would you say this opera +, Pumpables Supergenie, or Pumpables Genie Advanced empties you better than Lansinoh ? Or is Lansinoh still best for people who need a higher/faster frequency? (What’s your ranking of these 4 pumps in terms of feeling empty?)

    Great review! If between the unimom opera, spectra s1 or motif Luna with battery…which would you pick?? My first baby was 7 years ago and I had the PISA, now there are so many more options!

    • @MommaAlia
      @MommaAlia  Před 2 lety +3

      I would definitely go with the Opera between those two! The Motif Luna is an amazing pumping too but I like the Opera a bit more. Spectra would be my last pick! Happy to help momma🖤

    The review I've been looking for! I have the Unimom Opera and loooove it! Between the Willow, Willow Go and Elvie Stride, which do you think is most comparable to the Opera?

    • @MommaAlia
      @MommaAlia  Před 2 lety +1

      So happy to help! Ooo that’s a tough one. It’s safe to say I don’t think any of them preform nearly as well in the ways that the Opera does but if I had to pick, the Elvie Stride!

    Is it Lanisoh 2.0 and Superpumpables portable or regular one that are your other two, of top 3? Are they at 3 different price points? Which is your number one bargain for the price model? Which is your money is no object model?

    • @MommaAlia
      @MommaAlia  Před 2 lety +4

      They’re all at different price points! No budget, I’d say the Unimom Opera. Tight budget, Lansinoh SmartPump 2.0. Anywhere in between, Pumpables Super Genie!

  • @jusirvong4732
    @jusirvong4732 Před 2 lety

    Hello, does this pump has a gentle suckling like the spectra? How about the suction compared to the Willow? The Willow is to strong for me and I’m sore after every session. I’m looking for a pump similar to a spectra but more compact and portable. Ty!

    • @MommaAlia
      @MommaAlia  Před 2 lety

      If the Willow was too aggressive I think the Spectra S2 would be a good fit for you!

    • @jusirvong4732
      @jusirvong4732 Před 2 lety

      I have a spectra and love it, but I’m looking for something lighter and smaller. If this is better than the gold I def want to try it. Does it also has the massage/vibration like a spectra? Any discount code? Ty!

    • @MsLessette

      @@MommaAlia aw its a bummer when that happens. I bought the motif luna and duo and neither of them work for me :( the cycle speed on the luna isn't fast enough to trigger my let down and the duo suction isn't strong enough for me to let down either so I'm out 400 without income :( . I was sent the zomee my insurence company (i wasn't given a choice of pump)

    • @TotallyKayla
      @TotallyKayla Před rokem +1

      @@MsLessette do you like the zomee Z2? I just got one brand new sealed in the box for 20$! Getting a different pump through my insurance. I believe my insurance is going to cover this pump she reviewed in this video! I hope so. I was going to get the spectra because it's tried and true but I just noticed that the unimom opera is an option on my prescription form from my doctor! Lol

      @@TotallyKayla yes! I do like it. I tried the motif luna and the unimom opera and didnt respond to either :(
