Yes I can do that. I also did an aloe Vera and oil treatment each week. I did a video on that and it helped with shedding. I also did not put my hair up as much and I had cut my hair too.

What's your blow dry method? That's where my hair starts to fall apart lol
So I focus on my roots first by hover diffusing and then scoop my ends into the diffuser and pretty much scrunch it up to the roots. Maybe I should do a video on how I diffuse 🤔
