Very welcome, let's get some downloads for that app!
Hi Heini, Thanks for sharing such an insightful video. Your findings coincide with my learnings with +20 app projects.
Also amazing that you guys distinguish when to use each tactic.
I would just add as a side note that most founders I worked with expected that Product-les growth will do the job…
Because are supposed to get viral, right? That’s what they do…
Well, eventually they understood that Marketing is needed to kick-off the growth.
Great content. Keep it up.
Thanks, very glad to hear it makes sense for you with all the experience you have. Yes agree, you need some marketing to kickstart it all!
@@RawStartup Yeah, I have a lot of experience in seeing what not to do, as a Startup consultant I only have so much leverage on a project ^^ But the ones that were winning did it like that.
Priceless delivery! Thanks Sir Heini 😎👍

Super excited with this list thanks! Was wondering what the top ones would be… I have been working on my idea for 5 years, written two books, over 50 videos on my CZcams Channel. I finally found my niche. I still need to learn more. Working with my first influencer next week.
Great, good luck with it!
I was waiting for this from your beautiful brain! 😁
Thank you 🧠

This video is golden
Thanks!
As Always, awesome video and info Heini!! I’m a big fan!
I’m trying to launch my app idea and I’m worried about the sustaining costs of it in the mean time the app can sustaine by itself!! Probably it will be a good idea of a video about this!!
Wishing you all the best and thanks for your videos!!
Thanks yes it would great to do something on monetization
@@RawStartup exactly!
Ive built a large portion of an app and was obsessed about solving a particular small problem I was having out shopping, but im at the stage now where its the marketing that will be as important as the product. I know marketing wont save a bad product, but marketing will definitely boost the potential of a decent / good product.
Ive subbed cos I need all the help I can get lol, thanks for the video.
Thanks good luck!!
Hey do you need help launching your app?
Really great video. Actively looking for ways to advertise my app
Best of luck!

Awesome
Thank you 💪😎
Thank you for the awesome combined video with your own experience + interview 👍
Thanks, glad you find it helpful.
00:01 How to grow and launch an app in 2022
01:53 Strategic partnerships require alignment and leverage for success
03:42 Offline marketing can be valuable for app growth, especially in the beginning
05:25 Focus on a niche market to ensure long-term success.
07:07 Paid marketing can have a negative networking effect
08:52 Set up a landing page and run ads to validate the value proposition of your app idea.
10:27 Strategic partnerships and app store optimization are crucial for app growth.
12:13 Building a great app and finding the best distribution are crucial for success in the app market.
13:57 Product led growth and utility driven apps are key to app success
15:39 Build the best product for a small group to find product market fit
Thats all understandable for sure, BUT how its does works toward 2024?
Whoa! Very comprehensive! I knew WOM would be #1. Thanks!
Glad it was helpful!
Excellent guidelines thanks. In my case I am about to launch a SaaS app with 2 types of end users. Business and the public. Both will need a different strategy. The app needs both types of users to operate which makes launching that much more complex.
Agree, makes it more complicated, good luck 🤞
@@RawStartup Thanks
PLease dont do it if its going beyond 10K lines of code and you are the coder. Its miserable. I did with etyme
Any chance to do a video on how to set up paid ad and landing page he is talking about easily on the phone ?
Thanks, probably a little to detailed for what I usually do. However there are tools out there. Here is a paid tool: www.launchrock.com/
Tq
Welcome
About using paid ads to use as initial strategic tool to test your audience and the retention, wont be be an idea too for your competitors to start building it?
I don't care much about competitors looking, always just build a better product.
Nice
Thanks!
Question! If I create an app for an idea that already exists with minimal changes , what would be my chances of succeeding? The app I built has two companies out there doing it .. one is not viral at all and the second one is semi viral
… let me give you an example with harder scenario than mine , if I created an app like Uber , what are my chances of succeeding? Uber ofcourse is very well known .. and I mentioned Uber as an example to see my chances of succeeding when there is an app very viral out there with same concept .. in my case my competitor is semi viral and I created a similar app with minimal changes
It really depends on how far they are ahead. If they are way way ahead minimal changes are not going to do it. If they're ahead, but haven't really won the market then sometimes minimal changes can be what wins the market.
@@RawStartup well both are a head because they both started 10 years ago .. but here is the thing one of them is completely not known … the other one is semi known … let’s put it that way , first there was Amazon and ebay .. then Pinterest merged then Etsy .. and they were all successful, so I am aiming to be like Etsy … now Etsy is no where close to amazon or EBay and yet it made it … I am very confused at this point and don’t know what to do anymore and I am
Already 80% done making the app … I have a lot of doubt wether it will work or not
@@RawStartup also another question and thank you so much for your insight .. how long it takes for any app to start working or getting viral or at least let’s say be profitable? I know that this question may not be reasonable as there are many factors to take into consideration I.e the idea of the app , competitors, marketing tactics implemented ..etc .. but if there is a rule of thump to it , what would it be?
@@RawStartup by the way Lyft was founded 3 years after Uber and at that time Uber was and still Ofcourse the head of the game, and despite that Lyft pulled it off with almost no changes than Uber except maybe a bit less in price just a bit .. replying your note that if an app is way ahead , my chances would be minimal to succeed
which app builder did you use to make your app, I know you put tools for app development but I just want to know also, do you know any app builder that I can publish on for free
Vivino was built natively so no app builder, please check the latest video where we build and app with Adalo. I think you have to pay something if you want to release on the Apple App Store and Google Play. On web it is different, that doesn't cost much.
Do you need help launching your app?
need help moving in my home 1350 east 8th Street Regina young start screws I don't have and changing the locks
A lot of terms mentioned which I do not get: what is the opposite of organic social media posts? What is paid marketing (is it ads? But aren‘t non-organic social media posts paid marketing then?)
Yes organic in general just means not paid. I try and speak in a way so most people understand it, but sometimes I don't get it 100% right.
You guys didn't talk anything about patenting the process or patenting and all? Do you need a prototype before patenting or how does any of that work what's to prevent somebody from just stealing your idea
Please take a good look at this one czcams.com/video/e3o4Kczx_4Y/video.html
I like how the X logo looks just like twitter now lmao
He he yes didn't see that coming!

Thanks!

You find some help on the channel, but you have to find a way to build it!
@@RawStartup thanks for your kind reply. just please sir can you suggest me any site or software which can be useful for me .
@@BobTasic yes please if you can
Hello greetings sir
Hi! 😎
His face and mannerisms remind me so much of Graham Stephen
Haha true 😂
How your app win the red ocean market? Why it spread with mouth to mouth?
With the best product, that is true in a red ocean too. It spreads mouth to mouth because it is the best product
What a coincidence the non viral app is, the same as the Twitter logo now😂.
Yes a little funny!
i want to
Good! Depending on what you want.
There are many secrets to find good niche, we need to know more about the dark side of this work ,its not like we know we are in 2022 .
Thanks not sure I understand this comment fully
bro dana whtie your brother? :D
He he no but I have heard it before!
Hey Herbie, quickly you have to watch this. 👆👆 This can help me grow.💪💪
thank you Life Quality Tracker - App 😀for your advice.will watch carefully so that you grow big and strong 💪
Thanks for the comment!
Seems to be a discrepancy between your title and the video. 2022 is not 2023.
This was useless
I have an idea of a social media app but it's different from others. Planning is, people will share their every little success story in the app. They will only able to use real photos, their own story and hashtag. It will help other people to achieve their success, they will get inspiration and also they will ask advice for those successful people using the chat section.
First, I will provide a chat section free, then I will add a subscription to get advice from successful people.
Raw, Can you read this comment? Share your thought or any suggestion for it please.
Really hard to say from here, I will just best of luck to you!
Hello, I am looking for someone who professionally transfers the game to the app store Google store, and puts it on the native
Good luck with that!
