Notice how hard Batman is taking the loss of Superman. Though he doesn’t attend the funeral (he’s Batman after all), he still mourns in his own home to the best friend he ever had. Even if they were polar opposites, there was always an unspoken kinship between them. In a lot of ways, they were brothers.
Injustice batman would be happy
Adam The Typical Gamer not really, Batman wanted Superman to see the error of his ways, but all superman saw was anger and control. Injustice Batman wouldnt be happy that he is dead, if he was, he would have killed injustice superman

Bo "Bibbo" Bibbowski has been a side-character of Superman comics for more than 30 years. Since his debut in 1987, to his adaptation in Superman TAS in 1996, all the way up to surviving the New 52 rebooted DC universe in 2011, Bibbo's always been one of Supermans staunchest supporters. Usually appearing as an informant for Clark Kent and Superman, he's never wavered in his support of his "fav'rit sooperhero", even defending Supes' rep from casual trashtalk he overheards from villains and other heroes.
He's also become a community leader and an 'everyday hero' in his own right; becomming the owner of the Ace of Spades bar (where he met Superman) and using it to feed the economy of his community by creating a safe space, reputable jobs and even hosting/taking part in charity events. He's also been seen taking part in more than a few of those famous "civilian protests/riots/charges" that superhero stories have when the villain wins and takes over the city/country/world.
He's the kind of tough-as-nails old softie that we all wish to have in our lives.

Yeah
Damian and Alfred would logically be the ones most likely to see through Bruce's stoic facade and realize just how much losing Clark hurt him. Bruce even admits how much he misses Clark and the friendship they shared in Injustuce 2 with this exchange between Bruce & Kara after Superman's apparent death at the hands of Brainiac:
*Bruce:* "I'm going to miss him too."
*Kara:* "Do you really mean that?"
*Bruce:* "We were friends once. I trusted him with my life. But then the Joker got to him. I lost my friend, Clark. I've missed him ever since."

The Warchief Zeke Jaeger HE DID WHAT!!!!
My father told me in the comic books, during his day, Superman and Batman were the best of friends. He showed me some old comic books I enjoyed reading. When there was a magical attack that Superman couldn't overpower, Batman thought his way around it. When there was something Batman couldn't strategize around, Superman outpowered it. Batman admired Superman because Superman was so insanely powerful but always held back for fear of collateral damage concerns. Superman admired Batman because he had no super powers but determination and dedication that he used to overcome his shortcomings. The reverence they had for each other and the close bond they had as friends in the older comics was something different. Most people are obsessed with "Superman vs Batman". I remember when if you messed with one, you dealt with the other and there was no way around the both of them.
I'm not saying that these two characters didn't have close bonds or unique relationships with other ones: Quite the opposite, each had a unique friendship with another member of the Justice League.
But the scene with Bruce seems like an homage almost to that era. That and the short scene when Green Lantern carries Batman and the look on his face when he see's Superman dead. You don't see Bruce do this. He stands there, staring out the window. Still as a statue. To me, from all my years of being a Batman fan, I see Bruce standing still as he struggles to process and hold in all the pain he feels. The man he thought he would never see die, the friend he trusted the most and felt like a brother to is dead. And once again, as when he was an 8 year old boy in an alleyway, he was helpless and powerless. The pain and frustration boiling in him so deep than his infamous discipline is struggling to contain it. He stares out to avoid people, to contain it and try to settle it...but the fact that he's standing there so long says this isn't going to be contained and settle down like other pains he's deal with.
Alfred stares in concern, knowing not to disrupt him but so worried about the broken soul and heart in that still, stern looking body. He can FEEL Bruce's pain. He stands in the room, knowing full well that he's not needed but he stands there. That quiet ,reserved way of saying, "I will respect your space. I know you do not want me to disrupt you as you struggle with what you're going through. But I will not leave you alone in your pain..."
Damian quietly walking over and looking with such concern. He knows his father. He's hurting and Damian doesn't know what to do but he cares about him. He leans over and gives his father a gentle hug. Raised by assassin's he might be, but he's still got some shred of innocence as a boy and a son. He loves his father and doesn't want to see him in such pain, he reaches out to comfort him.
But Bruce is still standing there, struggling with all the pain...

I was surprisingly shocked that they actually put a Bible verse in that was correct. I didn't actually think they would do that mainly because the world seems so secular.
I just thought it was interesting I wonder if it's because when Clark was growing up he actually attended church in the comic books.

Rip nightwing
@Darth Pancake Studios
Though it was an accident. He honestly looked scared as fuck after what happened like any child would cuz in the end Damien is still a kid. However because of how long Batman has had Dick under his mantle and being the closest thing to an actual first son, Bruce was totally heartbroken and spoke out an angry dad's heart to Damien, ultimately retriggering Damien's bad thoughts again and ultimately turning to Superman's side since Supe's in some way did try to comfort him.
@Darth Pancake Studios
Trust me I understand. He was so used to lashing out in anger and throwing his stick/ staff / escrima at Dick's head all the time that he knew Dick always caught it until this one time he finally didn't. 😭
@Darth Pancake Studios
It doesn't because Damien is a spoiler brat and if he can't have things his way he's used to lashing out in anger whether verbally or physically. Especially the annoyance of always being under Knightwing's shadow despite he's actual blood line. All in all, Damien has anger issues that need controlling. Luckily this animated one is slowly slowly becoming a better character after Batman vs Robin.

He may not have attended the funeral, but you just know Bruce paid for that massive solid-gold statue of Superman.
This is why Superman no matter what is the heart of the DC Universe...when he dies, people from all walks of life mourn. He is the hero’s hero, the one everyone aspires to...the OG. Too bad this even has been driven into the ground, and it’s worse with the New 52.
Damien comforting Bruce with a side hug is amazing.
Did anybody at Clark Kent’s job think it was weird that he just quit showing up to work after Superman died?
Chris Nope. In the movie, the Doomsday vs Justice League fight resulted in a lot of missing people. His company just assumed he was among the missing.
It takes A LOT to put down Superman. Anyone that big and strong enough to put down Supes would have to cause A LOT of collateral damage to get the job done and they never get any time to move all the civilians to safety, no matter how hard they try. Any attack of that size likely has hundreds of casualties. It wouldn't be hard to believe that Clark was among them when that happened, because for weeks after you would keep hearing stories about people who died or went missing in the chaos. One more isn't really that odd.
They probably figured he was killed trying to record what happened.
Also in the original comics he was labeled as missing in the rubble of the city
Yeah I mean, it is actually pretty believable that he died under some broken palaces buuuut I guess someone would get suspicious if they don't find any body, yet again it's not so uncommon that some people went missing so... Yeah

When you can feel the intended set of emotions knowing that it's only fiction the writers, actors, & all involved have done their job well.
Zack Snyder, take notes: this movie is how you build a likeable Superman and make us care when he dies.
Batman is 24/7 training, patrolling, or running Wayne tech.
If he takes the time to just stand, starring out a window, and contemplating, then you know he is hurting inside.
Also if Damien has enough empathy to put his arm around his dad to comfort him. Again, you know it’s a hard loss.
