The casing of the hard disk has gone bad in my opinion..you open the casing and take out the hard disk and then connect it to another PC and check whether it is fine or not.

External casing k andar laptop Wale hard disk hi rahte hain..wo issue nahi hain, I think console me support nahi kar raha hain..console me may be 2.0 wala wd ka casing support na kar raha ho ye bhi aap dekh lena

Remove the hard disk and use a external hdd case. If hdd is fine it will work.

Check the hard disk by removing it from the casing. The problem is with the casing or the hard disk check first.
