    Ingredients
    Filling
    1. 1 bowl rice (soaked overnight in water)
    2. 1 bowl cooked rice
    3. 2 bowls rice flour
    4. 2 tablespoons mixed tapioca starch (arrowroot flour)
    5. 2 tablespoons dough
    6. 1 teaspoon salt
    7. 3 bowls coconut milk
    8. 2 and ¼ bowls drinking water
    9. 1 bowl lime water
    Top
    1. 3 bowls coconut milk
    2. 1 bowl granulated sugar
    3. ½ teaspoon salt
    Recipe
    Filling
    1. Mix rice that be soaked overnight with cooked rice in water. Blend until smooth starch being formed, then divide equally into two bowls.
    2. Mix all kinds of flour together. Add lime water, coconut milk with 2 bowls of starch; then stir the mixture until combined. Use a sieve for sifting, then set aside.
    Top
    Mix all ingredients together. Put in a pot then cook until it boils, then set aside.
    Final product
    1. Heat mold pan over at medium heat.
    2. Wipe pan with a damp cloth.
    3. When mortar is hot, fill with ¾ of the batter in each. Then followed by the sweet coconut milk on top.
    4. Toppings include spring onions, purple sweet potato, and sweet corn. Cover the pan.
    5. Once puddings are golden brown, carefully spoon them out. Serve hot for best taste.
