DEPED does not need Intelligence/Confidential Fund. If Sara's reason is that students are susceptible to radical ideas/propaganda of the communist party , then the best thing she could do is to educate them more and have subjects on the advantages of democracy vs. communism. Civilian gov't departments must not have this Fund because they can be use for nefarious acivities,/politicking and a good source for graft. DEPED does not need Intelligence/Confidential Fund. If Sara's reason is that students are susceptible to radical ideas/propaganda of the communist party , then the best thing she could do is to educate them more and have subjects on the advantages of democracy vs. communism. Civilian gov't departments must not have this Fund because they can be use for nefarious acivities,/politicking and a good source for graft. Our lawmakers are a bunch of traditional politcians whose main interest is their own and not of the country and people.
