I ordered my new Quickie Xenon with the J3 backrest but they never sent the mounting hardware that allows the backrest to be quickly removed when I disassemble my chair to load it in my car. I hate that because not being able to remove my backrest has made the chair much heavier for me to load it in and out of my car. I tried calling Jay about this and no one ever returns my call. I'm so disappointed in that company.
