☆ If you are in a sorority at your college or university, I mean, even if you're not, but you go to a school with Greek Life on it, you may be asked to a fraternity formal! They're different everywhere, but typically the tradition is, that you paint your date a cooler to take with them to formal! This is something I see every year and never thought I would have to do it......until now. Take a look at my cooler that I painted my boyfriend that is in a fraternity at Ohio State for our Gatlinburg weekend this month!! I also share with yall some tips I learned along the way to hopefully help yall if you ever need to paint a cooler! I hope yall enjoy!

Does the paint cover up the pencil markings?
Yes it does!! The white may need a couple of coats but the other colors do!
Did you have to Mod Podge after each layer of paint?
I personally did not! My kit came with a clear sealant for the end, that I put a couple of coats over, but not after every layer!
what type of paint did you use and where did you buy it???? :)
I used acrylic paint that I bought from Michaels!
Hey Marissa! My names Courtney and I’m about to be going to Ohio state university! I never really thought of joining a sorority before but the more I learn about sororities the more I wanna join. But recently I learned that you have to pay to be in a sorority. I don’t know if that’s true or not but if you could help me out and explain the process in depth so I know what steps I have to take and how to sign up and the money issue that would be great! Please and thank you 💚
Oh yay!! Congratulations!!! You do have to pay to be in a sorority unfortunately. Different sororities have different prices, but they all have monthly dues you have to pay to be apart of it.
Marissa Nicole how are you able to pay for that?
I work a full time job (maybe two) during the summer to save money for the entire school year so I save it up and then pay it through the year. I also have jobs during the school year too!

The sealant came with the cooler I bought! And the paints & brushes! I linked the company in the description, but it all comes as a set ready to use!
Omg people still do this? I did this 6 years ago when I was in college. Such a cool thing! Lots of work though haha
