Gluing up the Top - Part 1 - Laminated Plywood Moravian Workbench - Episode 6

Trying to glue up 42 layers of plywood at once would be nearly impossible. This episode is trying to conceive and execute a gluing plan. Glue up 6 layers of plywood at a time in order to keep things as simple as possible.

I would seal the heck out of every surface on that plywood top ,urea formaldehyde is the main ingredient in plywood glue . Extremely cancerous .

Thanks for the heads up. I absolutely plan on sealing it when finished. As a side note, this plywood has been sitting for 4 years, so formaldehyde emissions should be a fair percentage lower as a result.

Great ! Hopefully it's not Chinese plywood , the level of formaldehyde glue is off the charts in that wood .@@ekkopto
