Lovely card . I don’t do yellow generally but with hexagons you’ve gotta use it . I wouldn’t be able to resist putting a wee bee stamp on it and a corny bee happy sentiment on it .

The first card has a cone shape, pointing to the right. I was thinking it looked like a pine tree, if rotated. I’d love to see a Christmas version of this card. I love the cards and I get inspired by all your videos 😍

Great tips/tricks on embossing & die cutting.
Do you have any tips on how to die cut on an acetate sheet? I wasn’t successful when I tried, it didn’t cut out the die at all.

Thanks so much! Try adding some card shims to your die-cutting sandwich. That might apply enough pressure to cut through the acetate. If you have a metal sheet or a precision plate that might help too. x

Thanks, Pauline! I've been making cards on and off since I could hold a pencil! My mum encouraged us to explore our arty crafty side when we were kids. The first time I made a lot of cards though was in 1998 when I made our wedding invitations, prior to that it had just been for birthdays and holidays etc.
