I know you must be tired of my effusive comments but watching the loving, yet non saccharine or artificial family relationship you share truly makes my day brighter. I have to admit I feel the Disney vlogosphere is getting saturated and repetitive - but I would never think of not watching your videos - they are an honest portrait of a family and their lives - sometimes they include Disney but never in a way that isn't fresh and spontaneous.
Thank you for giving viewers like me a chance to share in your lives and make me feel you are friends - it is a rare gift in this synthetic world we live in.

Omg I want that Steakhouse 71 butter and the 48 hour bread. It looks so good. Also the hidden Mickey tenderloin medallions 😍 and the Jack daniel’s infused cakes…with gold toppings. You guys did it right! Awesome video. Caleb is adorable too.

You did the trifecta! Steakhouse 71 is definitely on our must do list... we might have to try all 3 meals as well. OK..now, I HAVE to mention that at 8:00 I got COMPLETELY distracted by the woman sitting behind Mike! I know now it was a mask, but it looks CA-RAZY from this viewpoint. LOL I was so happy to see her take it off so I could continue focusing on Mike's review.

By the way, since DL decided to permanently close Steakhouse 55 at the DLH……….I vote that they would turn it into the “Brown Derby”. It would take very little remodeling to accomplish this. We love Carthay Circle at DCA but the Brown Derby at DLH would be the icing on the cake. Disney are you listening? 🙂🙂
We did lunch there a few weeks ago (that 🍔 is amazing) and I’m now excited to try dinner. That cake looks delicious! And what a fantastic server subtly hooking Caleb up with the sundae. Sweet ending. ❤️

Thank you for 3 great reviews! We definitely will miss the Wave but you’ve convinced us to give it a try.
Also, I’m not a huge fireworks person either... people are always shocked when I say it. They are nice when you catch them, but it’s a lot of effort (and people lol) for what it’s worth, to me. And the crowds are smaller elsewhere during that time which we take advantage of. If we want to do fireworks we will always do a dessert party. I’m super interested in the new CA Grill one!
I had a feeling this would be a few steps up from Pizzafari. 😂 They were always good and consistent (a rarity for a Disney restaurant) when they were The Wave. Glad to see that hasn't changed, and they've gotten a nice "face lift" with all the new decor. Really wish that vibe was carried out more through the entirety of the hotel instead of all the IP they're adding these days.

I don’t understand why you don’t speak to the manager if you are disappointed with your food or beverage. At these prices you should not settle for ok.
Laughing to myself over the steak cook level.....you think its over cooked and I'm like that's way undercooked for me. I'm very controversial with my steak ....If I get it witch is like once or twice a yr as I'm not a big fan of steaks....I'm a "well done" steak guy....NO PINK.....LOL
Food looks good but the ambiance/decor is so plain looking.
