It's useful. Incase the customer do not receive payment in the full details (missed some info)so what is the reason?
Hi Namfon, glad to know the video is useful for you :) In case there are some discrepancies with the documents involved, there could be issues with the processing. Usually, SAP just wants to find a reference. If that reference is clear enough, then there should be no problem -- assuming all other configurations / setups are ok. I would also find a way to check the payment run and see if there was any issue with the payment (for example: was there a payment block?) etc. There are a lot of possibilities and the above are just some common reasons for standard SAP.
