This flow is intense-how the hell can he breathe between bars? I’m trying to rap along with him but my lungs just don’t have the air capacity. I’m out of breath halfway through each stanza, he must rehearse the hell out of each song to rap his lyrics on point.

Probably by doing something called circular breathing. I don't know the specifics behind it, but it's a really necessary skill to pick up for people who do a lot of music with barely any pauses to breathe, like jazz musicians.
