Eliminate Fear and Let Go of the Doubt and Guilt - 396 Hz Meditation with Real Rainforest Sounds

Over the weekend I went to the RainForest on Fryman Canyon, Los Angeles (it's a 5 mile hike in the hills) and recorded this wonderful sound of the "waterfall". We are pretty blessed to have this small waterfall in the middle of the city and sitting there for 30, 40 mins really brought a feeling of peace over me.
And because water is the element that nourishes our body and raises our vibration (also it's often associated with "mercy" in the Kabbalistic teachings) I thought I'd combine it with the sound of "eliminate fear" at 396Hz. Such a gorgeous sound! It's soothing and uplifting.
For those that have problems in trying to be still, maybe start with one minute, then build your focus to two and so on.
Start this meditation is by focusing on your breath. Or if you find it difficult to sit still, let the sound play for awhile whilst you work.
