1668 sq ft is massive? 5 rooms squeezed into 1668 sq ft means each room is very small. I live in a 2110 sq ft apartment with 3 bedrooms and I don’t find my house massive.
you are right it is tiny bedroom. I was stunned when I found out it was even smaller than a new BTO bedroom. you should have seen the smaller units such as 4 bedroom in treasure, gets only half of this balcony, with a a lame kitchen which is simply part of the living room and no utility room.
