    Glad to see the dealer cleaned house and stepped up and took care of your issue 👍🏻, FYI, I also had issues with the leaky single point connector and the last fix they did was replace the bottom portion, what we see in this video and 🤞🏻no leak since, apparently Kubota released a new fix and it seems to have solved the issue. Have a great weekend 🙋🏼‍♂️👍🏻

      They did that once already and it started leaking again be I think it was some debris stuck in there which I got cleaned out has a leak sense let’s hope it stays that way👍👍👍

    I just bought a BX2380 about 2 months ago. I saw your original video on the low fluid issue in the axle so I went out and checked my tractor with 10 hours on it. There was fluid in the axle but it was too low to get a reading on the dipstick. I called my dealer immediately and they have me a free gallon of UDT2 to fill my axle right away and said to get ahold of them with any further issues with it. My dealer was very good about it which made me happy, so thank you for making these videos! Also, I completely agree with you on the new 2021’s. My dealer had the 2020 and 2021 sitting side by side, I bought one of the last 2020’s that they still had left, and I’m glad they still had them because I HATE the new grill. The newer model was also $500 more and the only differences were the grill, new designed knobs on the controls and new decals. Not worth the money to me!

    Yay! I was so surprised at how the previous people treated you and their problems. It was so unlike the others I've heard. Hopefully this new crew acts the way the Brand expects them to!

    Lack of management was what happened. These PDI guys need management to step up and check their PDI work BEFORE the delivery.
    Definitely a dealership issue, not a brand issue. Good that Kubota is stepping up and cleaning out these bad actors out of their dealer network. Bunch of bad ones in all brands.
    Back in 1982, i bought a brand new Kubota, kept breaking the front pinion every time you`d use 4WD. After several trips for repairs, i finally told the dealer to come get the tractor an keep it.
    This left a bad taste for me with Kubota for a long time. Bought a JD. Later on, new owner who bought the tractor, found that the dealer had installed the wrong tire size on the front axle.
    So, years later, the JD was getting tired. I went to JD for a new one, price point pushed us to Kubota in 2017. Our BX23s has been 100% perfect, and the dealer has also been very good to us.

      Great comment, agreed , the new management at the dealer is much better at addressing these issues. Right I think they are doing damaged control from the last group

    Thanks for giving us the sunny ☀️ side of the dealer experience vs just the bad side. The nerve of you telling us what was done correctly by a totally different dealer crew. How dare they stay customer focused. You deserve a day off just for all the dealer goodness you endured.

    • @SunnySlopeHomestead
      @SunnySlopeHomestead  Před 3 lety

      No they just said a few years in the email and work order no defending of time but a few I would assume it’s three years

    Bearing on the front end of my 2011 Yanmar failed at around 1800hrs in 2019. But I have a front end loader and use it extensively with heavy loads. I would be keeping an eye on your front end components for at least the next 5-8 yrs.....and hard copies of all dealings with that dealership.

      Worked at Kubota dealership we had same problem with a certain employee over and over he must have gone down predelivery checklist and checked nothing! Oil levels low or no oil in front axle, not greased,tires not correct PSI this guy should have been fired 20yrs ago. The Dealership is responsible for this kind of (poor workmanship). The dealership stated they will stand behind it for two years. Chances are there won’t be a problem till after 5 or more yrs. now you’re on your own !
