    Chorionic bump was first described by doctor Robert Harris in 2006 as
    an irregular, convex bulge from the choriodecidual surface, protruding inside the gestational sac, in the first trimester.
    Chorionic bump is uncommon finding on ultrasound with incidence rate has been reported to be 1.5 to 7 per 1000 pregnancies.
    The etiology of the chorionic bump is uncertain, however, several theories have been proposed that chorionic bump might represent the following.
    hematoma or an area of hemorrhage.
    non-embryonic pregnancy.
    a demise of an embryo in a twin pregnancy.
