If you ever have to "run" from this officer you are "screwed". And the traffic cones, you couldn't make it through them at any speed.

Just depends on the wheelbase and ground clearance. Police motorcycles are all stock in terms of performance and handling.

Amazing body positioning, total opposite to how you would normally position your body through a corner, normally, you would lean with the bike but this guy leans the opposite way. Obviously works.
Martyn Flynn that only has to do with speed, this guy also leans with the bike in the corner when he has speed to do it, but if u do slower speed stuff with cones etc, you must lean on the opposite side to counter balance it, cause u dont have speed to counter the gravity and bike would just fall down if u lean with it while going slow, so this is normal position, otherwise you cant do it :)
If you think its "logical" to turn in with your bike at low speeds maybe stop riding a bike all together.
I ride the same fat girl in teeny tiny slippers. Mine don't dance like Quinn's partner dances.
