I am on the mend again! Feeling good and happy with the movement on the scale and the NSV of feeling a little better! Following me daily on IG: empoweredpursuit
Glad you are feeling better. Great weight loss. Your clinic must really introduce food quickly. Most folks are on pureed at 2 weeks. Just be careful, you shouldn't dump as long as you avoid high fat foods and sugary foods which are the major offenders for dumping. Believe me, I found out quickly, eating too fast and not chewing enough is very painful.
I am 2 weeks out and on clear liquids. I didn’t start getting used to it until day 10! I serious would have weird dreams about food. It’s nice to hear you handled food well! Gives me hope that I can try something in the next week. Maybe a cream soup or something. I’m mentally hungry!! Lol
This videos got me through Sam, this is how it all started 🎉

How can you be able to eat tuna and chicken two weeks after gastric bypass?
She may have puréed it to baby food consistency
