Really beautiful moments. What's great about this footage is that they hatched in wild tree cavity, not nest box! I think that makes this footage so precious.
Awesome photography and soundtrack. Thank you for this I just love the way you put this together and I felt like I was actually there watching. Nature has so many miracles and this is another one! 💖
They're all training for the Olympic. I'm seeing nothing but all gold medals. Hehe. So precious and amazingly beautiful babies. I've been recommended and watching a lot of these videos lately of baby duckling taking their first lesson at life by jumping off their nest. I never knew that ducklings did that and the first time I saw a jump I was petrified and nervous for the little ones but now I know it's part of their nature. Lol 😍😍😍🐤🐥🐦
My heart simply stopped beating from the second they jumped off the nest! How adorable! And the marvelous thing is they were all OK! Thank you very much for the video!
So cool it’s their first everything! They learn to flap in the wind and then maybe the most important lesson of all! It hurts to hit the ground! Life lesson ⭐️
It probably hurts a little, but through evolution, their breast bone and breast muscle have developed to take the beating. It’s when they don’t land on the breast bone is when injuries can occur.
Preussen über alles yes, it’s inspirational, watching ducklings 🐥 from the moment they are born how challenging life is until they become an adult and fledge. Unlike most other animals, they need to go out and get their own food from the moment they are born.
One of the ducklings did a swan dive - svane dykke! Along the Bedford Levels 3 years ago or so, I saw a goldeneye duck with 7 ducklings. A mallard was with them and it left in a hurry as I approached but the goldeneye duck and the ducklings didn't seem worried. It was the second and last time I saw goldeneyes at the Bedford Levels, as far as I remember now, in about 250 hours of walking there, day and night. The Environment Agency provides nesting boxes on posts and on one occasion, before dawn, I passed by someone who was there to watch one of those boxes. He was camouflaged in a black cone.
duckling's brain: hey you should jump down 50 feet out of this warm and safe tree and go to the water over there instead duckling: why?? brain: you gotta
Wow, amazing how these cute cute cute duckling survived the jump with their super tiny flipping wings, the way they hit the ground, I'm worried about their organs, they are little but strong.
Their webbed legs their tiny wings and supple body does to these lovely little babes what a parachute does to a para-jumper in landing safe. Nature is lovely even in such dangerous exercises.. very cute
Darwin merely put into words, a description of what had already been happening for hundreds of millions of years. Darwin didn't create evolution. He just made a very detailed set of observations and recorded them.
En otro video decían, cuando son chiquitos tienen el cuerpito esponjoso, seguro que es según la raza de los patitos, por ejemplo los caseros son delicados...y no hacen nido por arriba...

“What do you mean I have to jump from 400ft onto rocks?” Barnacle gooselings
the ducklings that failed be like: why are we here.. just to suffer
The sound of water splashing is so satisfying
False because not showing from tree to end!!
Flapping their little wings trying to fly cute and funny

i wonder if the ducks yell geronimo when they jump?
Thank you for educating me, I never knew ducklings bounce
How sweet, how adorable these little creatures are, so funny too! God is definitely a GENIOUS!!!
It might not be funny depending on how far the fall is
So beautiful. Great work!
Alhamdulillah
Interesting :) Reminds me of the Barnacle Goose doing some cliff-diving. Did you create the audio yourself? It doesn't sound right.

Утка в гнезде с утятами- это очень большая редкость. Прыжок с такой высоты и удар о землю, все живые -просто чудо.
Слава богу

Yet another marvel of nature so well captured by the camera. Nature is so beautiful.

Incredibly hard fall, wow... but these little ones can take it, can't they. :) Great video, thanks a lot!
They are the real heroes of the show.

Very impressive! Slow motion scenes breathtaking! Thanks for sharing! Unforgettable!
They're called tough birds to drop and fall like that

Scared and dangerous too.

These are amazing shots. We see these birds only as adults in wintertime. They do not breed in the Netherlands.
Monique Smulders ur beautiful
I did not know goldeneyes nested in cavities!
I MUST DO A RESEARCH
This is a happy ending. Compare to those babies jumped to their parents from the cliff.
