- It's time to rescape our (previously) low-tech Oase StyleLine 80 set, and boosting it with a CO2 system, an external filter, and some great rocks. The old one was kinda' cool too, but nobody wanted to take it home. This has found its new owner even before we started making it. It was a busy day, and Viktor was shooting the video for next week :) Although it didn’t even come up as an idea :) But if that helps... I drive a Focus estate. We’ve had some fish bags filled with air in the tank to keep the hardscape intact... The tank came on the front passenger seat with a bit of styrofoam on the back of the seat to keep it level. Then we put some styrofoam around it, pulled the seat forward, and it was secure. The cabined travelled in the back with all the gear :) Obviously all the glass were wrapped up in bubblewrap. Balázs did not fill the tank with water in the studio, so i took it home with dry start method. Driving accross Budapest was the tricky bit with all the lights, traffic etc. but once on the motorway it was all fine. Then again arriving to Eger (about 150km between my place and the gallery) it was a bit tricky, but we’ve made it home safely (as you could see)

Hi Balazs, sorry for the late arrival, you are one crazy guy, in the nicest possible way. Love this setup with those beautiful rocks. The plants really pop their shades of green with those lights too. All in all a lovely finished product. I'm sure Greg is very pleased with it . Bravo.

Could happen sometimes. Some of the Bucephalandra plants are more sensitive than others. The easiest one is wavy leaf. The smaller more colorful versions are usually harder to keep. Still it can grow back after a month or 2.

I like it Balasz. Nice simple one. Somewhat easy to maintain also. I almost always tend to use soil (either ADA/tropica soil or eco planting soil from the groceries store, yes EEK, I know you don't approve). Even with plants other places in the tank it will leech into the water column at the beginning and also provide a good CEC and filtration later. I always take care to not let any soil be uncovered, this always leads to algae. Cover with rocks, sand or plants.

Transport is simple, if you guys build tank on wooden plank that is the exact size like tank. Black tape the wood around all sides to get waterproof.

Thanks for the video. How did you get the white background? I bought this aquarium but the backside glass is transparent like other sides. Also interesting to see how you have used the Lilly pipe. I bought the stainless steel version but they do not really fit in the vent on the left side.
