It is the best center for Yoga and Panchakarma. My high blood pressure became normal after coming here. I felt very light physically and mentally.
There is a great experience mast jagaha hai shanti or sukoun jisko chahiye vo ek 1 month ka demo le sab cize badal jaige alag se ek enargy feel hoge or khana bahut aacha or satvik hai jo maditation or heeling k liye bahut aacha hai ek baar too Jana Banta hai thanku guru ji itne aache experience k liye

I stayed here for 21 days to improve my health conditions and getting some peace of mind. It was best decision. Regular yoga, pranayam, meditation, satvik food and such beautiful environment of mountains can start repairing any lifestyle health issues. There is a lot of improvement in myself and also lost 5kgs of excess weight. Rakesh ji and yoga guru Vikas ji are both very kind and supportive and were always available for resolve any issue or doubt I had. Most importantly, I learned way of life here in practical rather than just knowing it theoretically. It’s hard to implement changes without realising their benefits on your body and mind. I’m really thankful to gurus here for giving me this realisation and practice.

Yahan to waise bhi kabhi bhi jao maza aata hai. Aap bahut lucky hain Sapna ma'am ki aap hills k itney pass hain nature ki beauty ka koi tod nahi.
