Kawaii UV Resin Tutorial: Waterfall & Shaker Open Bezel Charms (2 Different Techniques)

We have seen a lot of people using colorful UV resin to decorate open bezels. This time I am gonna show you how to turn open bezels into shaker charm (without liquid) & waterfall charm (with liquid).
