Why lotion and conditioner versus just one or the other? Along the same line, what is the difference between a lotion and a conditioner?

Excellent questions! I use lotion to mainly clean. Tassels needed to be softened so they could take shape. Leather lotion doesn't have all the vitamins and nutrients conditioner has. So both must be used
