Hope is awesome. I cannot work out what the visuals are. Is it all digital or are their natural scenes like water or ink? I'm guessing it's many layers with a lot of processing so possibly all of the above.
In philosophy, systems theory, science, and art, emergence occurs when an entity is observed to have properties its parts do not have on their own, properties or behaviors which emerge only when the parts interact in a wider whole.
Emergence plays a central role in theories of integrative levels and of complex systems. For instance, the phenomenon of life as studied in biology is an emergent property of chemistry, and many psychological phenomena are known to emerge from underlying neurobiological processes.

Order from Chaos rain-pattern to drum-sequence is so crazy good.
That Kalimba fading in and the distorted pad in the background... I think Order From Chaos might be his best single track so far, even in 2021. It's a classic for sure. Would've loved to see a full-length music video for it.
@@mikeexits the only thing that bothered me about the current music video one was exactly that, it was a shorter version, he probably had to shorten in though.
@@majoranix2753 I'll bet it was because the visual artist couldn't create enough visuals by their deadline to cover 7 minutes, so Max made a truncated/condensed version of the song to better fit the length of time the visuals ran for. One thing I find strange though, is that Distant Light is the only song on this entire album that doesn't have a video for it. Kind of strange when doing a full listen-through with the videos to suddenly have no video for track #4 lol.
Powerful and lovely. Underrated. But we are out here. And we hear.
The Dolby Atmos Bluray is so extremely beautiful ..... and that sound .... simply amazing.....

wow, I always thought max cooper was one of those good electronic/techno artists, but now he seems like hes great. Just getting better but still the same feel.
Human was certainly the big turning point in his music, but I think Emergence was the next turning point. One Hundred Billion Sparks is... Crystalline. Exquisite. Divine (though Order From Chaos deserves this too).
How nice was that. Its well done, not very experimental, but a totally solid "one of those".
