Napoleon Hill was a little mysterious/vague on this sexual transmutation topic since he was writing in a time where it wasn't proper to just say: 1. stop jerking off and 2. stop viewing porn/engaging in prostitution/excessive sex. Of course, the real point isn't to STOP doing something ......but rather to ADD in physical exercise, work, friends, social activities, dating, whatever you want in your great life, in order to HARNESS that sexual energy you have been spilling and wasting, and now can apply and put to work. Transmute. It also eliminates all worries and anxieties and makes you happy and energetic! At least for me it does.
