OP: I remember being in court one day in Newark,NJ back in early 2k's for an 'Open Container' charge. As I was in line all I could picture was a $ sign over everyone's heads. Then you have the judge insisting you get a lawyer, for your own good? No. But rather to simply keep the cycle going of lawyers and judges and the money they bring in, just like the judge I saw recently pushing me to get a lawyer for a damn 10+yr old shoplifting charge. Fortunately my lawyer is right around the corner from the courthouse being used in that case. So hopefully will be put down rather easily, as it should be.

In today's world, if your accused of anything, by somebody in the workplace or the community, you have to prove your innocent of the accusations, if you have been charged by the police or the state for a crime, you are guilty until you can prove your innocent of the charges, not much has really changed down the years. Of course the wealthier you are the better your legal team is going to be, and thus the more chances of the charges being dropped or the charged person getting a reduced sentence or being found not guilty.
In the world we live in somebody who is in the wrong place at the right time, and who is innocent of any wrongdoing is going to be framed or suffer at the hands of the guilty or powerful, also sometimes they are the one and the same.
We live in a world where we hope to get fair go in life, but then again, nobody said the world around us has to be fair.

What load of bs if the person is innocent, he's innocent. I'm sure a good judge can tell the difference between innocent and guilty regardless of lawyer. This rarely happens what you are talking about lol and this is mostly America's messed up court system
Absolutely...don't get caught in the judicial jail system where someone is making money...they try their best to keep you under their extra curcicula rule.... while anyone under 18 can do whatever....our country should be called the United states of incarceration....for being a "first world country" we have the lowest standard of living if you're not a millionaire and lock up more folks than any other country that claims to be of the" savior of the world" and the "land of the free"

How does the narrator boof his pronunciation SO bad? He said “thermerthsthetai” instead of thesmothetai. There is no r in the word he meant to say. He added 2 ‘r’ and many more letters. Fubar Pronunciation is an ongoing situation with these videos. When making educational videos it is a priority to pronounce words accurately even if they are archaic.
