- @Helliwell’s Kitchen Bread in under one and a half hours using a Famag S5 spiral dough mixer. I’m using fast action yeast so to add flavour there’s four types of flour! I also have a Bakerlux pro convention oven that has steam. It cooks fast so times and temperature will have to be adjusted to suit your oven.

The machine looks quite heavy. Are you able to move it around i.e. put it on the countertop and away to storage by yourself alone or you need another person's help?
have you tried to make a dough with 4000-4500g ?
Sorry for the delay Armin, I have only done 3kg of dough but would be confident it could do 4-4.5 kg.
