Phil fearon was huge in South Africa during apartheid. His songs were, a staple for alot of clubs in the townships. Great artist and super underated. Had he been state side would have been a mega success. Nevertheless a brilliant artist

Well, let's be honest: there were sh..ty productions then, too. Back then, it was not such a flood of music.
Now, there is still good music, f.ex. the APX, Chromeo, etc. .
But they are much harder to find in all the productions and all the outlet possibilities today.
Phil fearon never disappointed me, this man is just too wonderful, his music connects me to emotional realm, hereby connecting me to the feelings of how it felt to be a youth in the 80s

Phil Fearon is a GREAT ARTIST and PERFORMER...The musical quality of his songs, well above many pale and indigestible productions of today, often uninteresting, deserves a much greater number of views on the unfair meter of CZcams. All this is due to ignorance of the artist and his songs by the younger generation It is really sad and appalling for all these great and talented artists of those previous decades that are the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s, especially which was a landmark year in the musical world, all over the planet.
When I get to the promised land God will be playing Phil Fearon for me! 🙏💕💃
