Nice video. On Mr. Narayan Murthy's statement of working hours, it is good if one wants to build something of his/her own. For someone working for a fixed pay and for someone else, it is too big a contribution to ask for. Time is something no one can return, so, investing it for someone else while knowing that it won't reap max results, does not make any sense. Also, maximum corporate companies don't pay for overtime. Lets take Infosys itself, the people here are burdened to the core and automatically work for more hours however, none of the employees are paid for overtime. So, better not to say this 70 hours statement to anyone, it cannot be generalized at all.
