- What about making an Electric Motorcycle from Restoring and modifying a Scrap one ? This Project took more than a Half year. We Restored the Motorcycle First and then, Modified it. We worked very hard in this project. The main Motive for making a Scrap Motorcycle to a Electric Bike is to go forward towards the Future. We Removed the Engine and inserted the Battery in the Fuel tank Now, We have a Lot of space in the Engine Section. Yet we didn't use the engine space but we can use this space for a trunk or we can install a secondary battery there.
The main Features of this Bike are as Follows :
o It has a Top Speed of more than 80km/h
o Time to Full Charge is around 6 hours with a domestic charger but with commercial charger, the time will reduced.
o It has a Range of 100km Distance on a single Charge (Not Tested Yet)
o It also has a Reverse System
o It has 3 Modes : Slow, Normal & Fast
o No Noise
o No pollution
o No Maintenance
Specs:
o 72V 1500 watt Hub Motor
o 72V 20A LiPo4 Lithium Ion Battery
o 72V 2A Domestic Charger
o Rear Disc Brake
o Electronic Brake
o Main Switch Breaker

good work , but a few concerns . The front downtube engine mount removal is dangerous. The original engine is designed to be a load bearing part of the frame . You reinforced the upper backbone but should support the front fork tube to the frame center .
Yes the engine is a "stressed member" i believe normal term is. This is why I chose carefully for my electric project - it has a full cradle frame with 2 downtubes which makes it easy to build a rack or shelf onto.
Interesting. With all the free space where the engine used to be, you could mount a second battery pack and a storage container.
Nice Suggestion. ❤
Yes, definitely a nice storage, like a cool bag or something. In terms of battery, 100km sounds enough for daily use.
Second battery? Second front engine?

*Exceeded my expectations, fast, sturdy, dependable, **Latest.Bike** . Great for city commute, Bike speaks for itself!!!Adam in customer service is great.*
at the 21:03, you can see how the frame of the electric motorcycle flexes/ bends when braking. eliminating the engine support and the engine itself removed from the resistance structure the frame that made it rigid and not to bend. if you climb on it, in time it will turn into a banana... Not really safe...
Audio quality has improved a lot! Much better than your old videos! Love it!
Impresionante trabajo, felicitaciones. Saludos desde Colombia.
you could make a small storage area in the engine block cavity
This man could even restore the titanic :)
use LED lamps to save energy and plan for regenerative braking to increase the range. Rest all good, looks like you have more space beneath your legs !!!
amazing person you are, just a super. *pro* work of towards the futuristic EV's, you have covered everything, thanks. JPN.
Công việc xuất sắc! Thực sự sự chăm chút cho những chi tiết nhỏ nhất là quá tuyệt vời! : D
Và luôn cẩn thận né tránh những phản ánh XD
Brilliant piece of workmanship.
Thanks a lot
Thanks for a great video. It has given me inspiration to continue with my Honda h100 which was not half as bad as your Honda.
bike ka chasis kat dya aur oper se wazni battery b rakh di salam hy apki engineering ko
Great idea! Great work! Cheers!😀⚒️🛠️👍🔥
Bravo 👌! but it would better to chose at least 3kw hub motor because after some time your electromotor will loose power and output will drop , you will feel it specially at roads with slope . 😊
I wonder if there's a possibility for regenerative braking? That could extend the range a bit.
love it!! but i prefer putting cell in the middle of body to fill the empty.....
Fanstastic work 👏👌 thanks my friend👍👍👍
Great. Nowadays most of the companies use engine space for batteries and place fuel tank having no use of it. You can use more batteries in the empty space of engine. Means double batteries and double milage. If it goes with single batteries for maximum 80KM/charge than it will be more than 160KM/charge. Or we can use one battery at once and then use 2nd one as a reserve. In both cases, we have a lot of space for anything we wish to install. Great great idea❤️❤️
Too much of hard work and smart electric play, awesome combination ❤️👍
বাংলাদেশ থেকে দেখতেছি ❤️❤️🇧🇩
Really apreciate your work. I just wondering You can put some storage under the 'fuel tank' so it can fill the 'empty space' where the engine used to place.
Without an engine, 125 Looks funny. But I appreciate your step towards the future. Carry on bro..
His shoe caught my eye… what the…. never seen that design before!
Great idea! Great work!

dobra przeróbka hehe :D
Very interesting. problem I see is visual balance is lost with out front down tube. Replace with shielded parcel shelf to carry bags or boxes. Very nice video.
Looks Beautiful !
Beautiful job.
excellent job done!!
Great job !, but loved the painted on 'rust' espec on the alloy & plastics !
I don't think its fake. I didn't see painted rust. Can you give a timestamp. Could be a mild fake but thats unknown.
Love it!
sometimes I have reservations about such restorations
Love to watch your videos ❤
love it nice job well done
I want something like this, classic Honda meets modrn e-bike. I would preferaby go with a mid-drive motor to fill up that empty space as well as also allow for pedaling.
Loved watching this! Well done. ;^)
Please place a second battery where engine was placed before.... Overall tremendous work😘❤️❤️❤️
Inspiring!
見事です賞賛に値する
Really appreciate..
Seems like it's scooter hub as it is 12" hub.
Did you added holes for spokes ?
If yes any changes please
I would have extended the front engine mount tube down to the foot peg mount, then added a storrage bag in the area that the engine was, so you can put your helmet there when not in use, or put groceries in it, a chain to lock the bike up, etc. Plus, you lost frame support when you removed it, so that would have kept the frame integrity.
Great build, you also may want to wait until ALL, of your modifications are completed before you paint, that way you wont have to paint certain items twice, as you did.
Everything is just great
Cg 125 stock engine makes lovely sound♥️👌🏻
That's the most structurally solid motorcycle that I've seen
🤣
I used to have 1964 Honda CB 160 in PNG and my mate had SL 120. If only we had known would happen after all the years had passed.
Very good 👍👍👍
A GENIUS
Epic project
Manna pry ga kia bike bnaya hy 👌👌
Love it sure the motorbike thanks you
Great job
Keep up the Good work Jib***n
3D print a stylish case below the tank, where the engine once was, and fill it with batteries, extending the range.
Wow amazing
Can you upload complete guide about electric bike parts where we purchase that
Nice work good
Super super job brother 👍
better than a new motorcycle!!
vip work man....
Beautiful project.
How easy is it to get that bike registered and get a number plate for it?
Small electric bikes don't need to be registered.
@@KamranAhmedTahir Here in the UK, bicycles must have pedals...
😱😱😱👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏👏👏👏Praise from Taiwan.
A second battery at the engine bay would definetly help bring down the weight and center of gravity.
Love your channel and the restorations but you really have to stop the with brown spray on mud/rust etc. it diminishes your credibility and respect. Just show them as is the transformations are still remarkable and brilliant. You are a craftsman not a shyster.
Exactly my thoughts. There's scarring and pitting with rust and there's none here, just regular wear and tear.
This is honda CG125, pakistani's fav bike
My Friend, what a great Job, I need to learn how to make this conversion for my motorcycle as well, can we please get in contact ? Thank you very much
With a 72V 20A battery range should be around 40-50km. I would probably add a second one.
superbe...
For those of you wondering, he is a Pakistani and this is a Pakistani bike. It's one of the most famous bikes in Pakistan, CG 125.
nice! looks like black tea bonfire
NICE VIDEO!
Amazing bro
love the work, but you made too many cuts in the frame do you think it will hold up?
awesome
As you're able to see, there's a large area where the engine was located. You cut off the down tube. Do you know what that means? The headset isn't supported, which additionally means that it's not as strong as it was when the tube was there. There should be one there, to differ that headset tube.
good look good style, good like, good by the way front wheel better be black too, at the center. lets call this motorcycle werewolf)
Otro video como ese please
Secondo me bisogna mettere qualche sostegno al posto del motore che aveva anche una funzione strutturale. Comunque bel lavoro
Shoes 👟 awesome
Nice idia ❤️
good work
hi hallo sir intresting video sir
❤️
❤❤ good job
Cool project. Where to buy the motor hub battery and controller?
Well done... professional approach...but I think 1500 watt motor is under power. Isn't...
Wao good idea
well done

perfect work bro. where are u from?
He is from Pakistan, and this is a Pakistani bike. You can search it up, CG 125.
Would you mind put here the link where you bought the 72v 1500 watts engine pls..
Are you sure the dampers weren't bad with how old they were?
👍
try the bottom of the tank made a trunk
Very nice
I wonder why you have mentioned 'Australia' in your description as your location. The place in the video is Lahore, Pakistan.
Nonetheless, I am so proud to see such quality of work being produced in my country. Thank you for this wonderful production. (Both the video and mechanical work)
Interesting
