Will it run? Video #1 John Deere 400 with the Kohler K532 and a bad Governor.

Picked up this JD400 parts tractor that had not run in a decade or so. After looking it over i decided to give it a shot to get it back in service. I will have more videos on the 400 soon. The governor replacement is the same on the K482. Serial# 122291

Yea they reproduce like rabbits it seems. Lol I’m just north of Stlouis Mo. on the illinois side.
