I have been working on this video for a while now and I had the hardest time with the direction of it. Then I sat down and I asked myself, "who is always there for me". Please, I actually want you to go into the bathroom, look in the mirror and tell yourself you love yourself. It's not as easy as it seems, but it is the best feeling when you feel it.

I felt like my world has fallen apart. Seeing this video (wow to myself and others who have submitted a small video at the end ) has hyped me up for the projects I wanted to make but was yo afraid to start because I was afraid of failure. i thought I had never seen beauty until I saw his face, but as soon as he sat down and started to play, all reality broke down.His fingers ran across the keys so masterfully as if he was one with the instrument, but those keys triggered strings not only inside the piano but ones deep in my heart. I listened for a while, long enough to fall in love, and in the end the music stopped, and I was forever changed.

I just love the part where from 'How I Met Your Mother', I love that show. Ted is just such a beautiful character in the show and that part just gave me this warm feeling.

I wrote a long letter to myself today, I never do this but I wrote for 40 minutes straight, and even then I couldn't motivate myself enough. I feel like im just tired, tired of everything, tired of this life, tired of living, but I still force myself to breathe.
Alex Smith when you are tired, learn to Rest ! Not to quit :) i know it sounds so easy, maybe stupid, but ist true :) don't be so hard on yourself ! You are important, loved, worthy and most of all, you are enough ! Talk to someone you trust, go outside, look at the sky See the sun, breathe in the fresh Air and just take a break :) i hope you feel a little bit better afterwards :) i really hope you read this !!
One of the things I've never done in my life is love myself or look in the mirror and say "I love you" to myself. It's the most the difficult thing I've ever had to do, but because of this video I am one step closer to looking in that mirror and saying those 3 beautiful words

It reminded me that sometimes I do need to need to sit down and think for a while.
I did this letter to my younger self and I told myself that you need to love you and the way you are. It doesn't matter if your only one in the school who has a condition because it's shows your different from everybody else and your unique. Just because you haven't really gotten a nose, doesn't define who you are. Yes you might get bully in future, but does it define the mistake you ready have. No it doesn't. Your are beautiful in your own way. From the inside and out. Kitty(Catherine) you don't need to change yourself for that 1 boy to like you.

This is so beautiful! I literally started tearing up watching this! It does get hard when you don’t have that someone special but I know that if I keep focusing on myself & keep learning & growing into the person who I aspire to be I will one day eventually find someone when it’s least unexpected.
