Yancoubou is a traveling maintenance technician at Viaposte. 🧰
He works at several sites and with different customers:
- Backing up existing maintenance teams, for heavy or additional work
- Replacing colleagues on leave or absence
- Supporting the start-up of new services
- Working alone on sites, particularly during busy periods.
The maintenance technician's job: 🔧
- Maintains industrial equipment through planned preventive maintenance tasks
- Intervenes in the event of breakdowns, and draws up maintenance reports in the CMMS tool.
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of machines by proposing improvement solutions based on observed breakdowns
- Transmits opinions and suggestions to his/her manager
- Monitors spare parts stocks and reports to the maintenance supervisor, who then manages the stock and replenishes it.
- Advises and trains logistics operation users.
