Thank you! I just made these with red potatoes. I stuck to the recipe and even took your suggestion to add paprika (didn't feel like looking for the smoked in the cubbard, I'm under the weather). I used cashew butter (Miyokos) because it was on hand. I paired the potatoes with steamed peas for a simple dinner. Quite tasty.
These are amazing! I added pink salt though! Next time I am goi g to add a ton of fresh garlic too instead of powder.
